In the beginning of 2020 LYNX Yachts contracted their project Crossover. For Industrial and Financial Ltd (I&FL) from MALTA AZscheepstechniek performs the project management.

The ship is a variation on basis of the YXT 24 meter yacht extender and is completely new designed by DIANAyachtdesign and Bernd Wheel. The interior design is by FDD, from Nantes and will be fabricated by Kloosterboer in Purmerend. The hull is fabricated by Talsma in Franeker and will be delivered at the Nijkerk facility of Lynx Yachts in January 2021. .

Delivery is scheduled in the beginning of 2022
