Lynx Yachts, the same company that did build the 33.5 meter Heliad II, had the vessel designed by DIANAyacht design, and was constructing the YXT in Zaandam. 

The result was a very nice, sturdy looking boat, which was launched in June 2014, visited the Monaco boat show and was sold to a Qatar owner later that year.
