"Arjan Zutphen was the Hakvoort Shipyard project manager for the 40 m MY Solaia, built in 2000 at the Hakvoort Shipyard, Monnickendam, Holland. During the 2 year planning and construction of Solaia, Arjan went beyond the call of duty to ensure that Solaia was built to the highest standards and to our design specifications. He constantly provided sensible and sound alternatives to the numerous problems normally encountered during the build process.

While on a professional level Arjan was the most competent manager I have met, he also was a pleasure to work with and in the end became a close personal friend. I would have no hesitation in recommending Arjan as a most skilled surveyor and build manager."
