The design and development for the ship is done by Francesco Ruiz de Ballesteros , and AZscheepstechniek supports the project in Holland, at the construction site. The idea is to add a very competitive tender support vessel to the LYNX YACHTS program.

The hull was subcontracted to Altena shipyard in Raamsdonksveer in Holland;
